Ergonomics: Working from Home

Wednesday, April 7, 2021, 12-1pm

During the COVID-19 pandemic, an unprecedented number of employees are working remotely from home.  It is anticipated that the number of workers who remain remote may be high post-pandemic, and with this comes ergonomic challenges.  Join us as Victoria Haskins, CIH, from the Global Environmental, Health and Safety organization at Pfizer discusses the steps her company has taken to manage this issue.  The presentation will include remote working trends pre and post pandemic, potential for increased risks, and minimizing those risks through communication, training and assessments.  The presentation will also focus on Pfizer’s on-line training and self-assessment tool.
